We get asked a lot "what is the best piece of equipment you would advise for training?” or “if you were to only have one piece of equipment, what would it be?” Resistance training with weights is very beneficial but if you don’t have access to weights then this doesn’t mean you can’t train!

In answer to the first two questions its your body and the floor! By changing the intensity and the angel of movements you can increase the difficulty exponentially.
