Stephanie China

Stephanie’s lifelong passion for fitness began in her early years, where she excelled as a competitive figure skater, dancer, downhill skier and snowboarder. Her competitive spirit led her to participated in events such as the Canadian Kokanee Boardercross Snowboarding series and the North American Swatch boardercross race series until an injury prompted her retirement.
Transitioning to outdoor guiding, Stephanie worked as a whitewater rafting guide, ACMG hiking guide and Assistant ACMG Ski guide working in the heli ski industry for CMH. Despite her diverse pursuits her dedication to fitness remained unwavering, eventually leading her to discover CrossFit.


Embracing the dynamic challenges of CrossFit, Stephanie finds joy in mastering new skills within the constantly varied movements. She appreciates the endless possibilities for workout variations and the constant 
challenge. She has competed in CrossFit for the past 6 years and has been in the top 5 in Canada for the past 3 years and in the top 20 in the world in her age division. Her biggest highlights winning major competitions like Wodapalooza, Masters fitness collective, and the Canwest Games.

Turner Moyse

Turner started his journey into fitness when working as a Beach Lifeguard in the Uk, having the realisation that the fitter he was the better he would be suited to helping others in need.

For years he took part in boxing because like the sea it was constantly varied asking for bouts of high intensity followed by endurance. Then he found CrossFit!

Whilst working in London as a Personal Trainer he was introduced to CrossFit by a friend who said to try it out for a month. 

Turner did his CrossFit Level 1 realising that it was the tip of the iceberg and there was so much more to learn. 

Turner gradually started working in a number of different CrossFit Box’s first starting with shadowing and teaching the elements programs and then coaching.

Turner has spent years developing his coaching and is constantly striving to learn more and be better so as to be able to give more to the athletes working with him.
